About Me

Hi, I am Bridget Lehmann

Bridget Lehmann is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Discovering her true talent with an eye for detail in human movement, Bridget graduated from WNMU with a bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, and minor in Business Administration.  Due to her passion for the importance of health, wellbeing, and improving the quality of life, she started a personal training and nutrition coaching business specializing in the metabolism and corrective exercise while simultaneously attending hours of seminars, internships, and observations of various disciplines in medicine. She then went on to complete a National Board Certification for Emergency Medical Training and worked in the hospital as an ER Technician. Noticing something was missing within western medicine and patients returning with recurring chronic disease, she was motivated to do more with preventative medicine to inspire others and make an impact on their lives. She then continued her Master’s curriculum in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine while simultaneously attending the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Practitioner Program and conferences. Overcoming her own challenges of hypothyroidism, autoimmunity, hormone imbalance, and weight loss with the use of Functional and Naturopathic Medicine at an early age, this drove her inspiration to continue pursuing her medical career.  Subsequently, Bridget is currently studying in a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in San Diego, California. Bridget believes in empowering her patients in making changes in nutrition, exercise, activities of daily living, educating on awareness and prevention of disease, and she believes wellness is truly a lifestyle change.

She has years of experience as a certified personal trainer, corrective and functional exercise, metabolic testing, group fitness, kettle bells, flexibility training, corporate wellness, emergency medicine, as well as Pre- and Post- rehabilitation training. She enjoys being active, working out, sports, hiking, camping, cooking and recreating “healthy” recipes, eating holistically, spending quality time with family/friends, and helping others do the same.
